By using DropTracs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
DropTracs is a SaaS platform that helps eBay sellers automate tracking uploads, monitor orders and manage fulfilment. The service integrates with eBay and Gmail via official APIs.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
DropTracs operates on a subscription basis. Your 14-day trial requires a valid payment method. You will be charged at the end of your trial unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
You must not use DropTracs for any unlawful purpose, to violate eBay's terms of service, or to engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
DropTracs is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to eBay account issues, lost orders, or tracking failures.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
